COVID-19 Vaccine: Book an appointment in East Toronto

Michael Garron Hospital (MGH) and East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP) are offering first and second dose appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Appointments are available based on vaccine supply. If no appointments are available, we encourage you to check back regularly.

Please book your appointment at least one day in advance. Same-day appointments are not available.

Who Can Book a First dose COVID-19 vaccine appointment?

You are eligible to book a first dose appointment with MGH/ETHP if you live in an “M” postal code and are born in 2009 or earlier (i.e. turning age 12 or older this year).

Who Can Book a Second dose COVID-19 vaccine appointment?

You are currently eligible to book a second dose appointment with MGH/ETHP if you live in an "M" postal code and one of the following applies to you:

  • You received your first dose of Pfizer at least 21 days ago; or
  • You received your first dose of Moderna at least 28 days ago; or
  • You received your first dose of AstraZeneca at least 56 days ago.

You do not need to have received your first dose with MGH/ETHP to book a second dose appointment with us.

Inter-changing vaccines is safe and effective. You can safely take either Moderna or Pfizer as your second dose for strong protection against COVID-19, regardless of which vaccine brand you received as your first dose.If you are part of a severely immunocompromised population that has been identified as eligible for a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by the Ontario government, please contact your primary care provider or specialist to be referred for a third dose.

MGH/ETHP clinics administer Pfizer. Moderna is available by request.

If you would like to book your appointment with MGH/ETHP by phone or have questions about your appointment, please call our COVID-19 vaccine booking office at 437-537-5131. The COVID-19 vaccine booking office is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Appointments may also be booked through the provincial booking system online or by calling 1-833-943-3900. You may also book an appointment at a participating pharmacy.

COVID-19 vaccines are also available by walk-in at our mobile and pop-up clinics and COVID-19 Outreach Centres.
